Return Policy

At HALO Helmets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

• Email us at support@halo-helmets.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

• Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable service.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please mention this when contacting us.

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
